Every website that we design and develop is unique, fast and maintenance free. Here's how we work with you to make your perfect website.
Step 1: Get in touch
We're not a self-service website builder like Wix or Squarespace, we're real people who will work with you to develop and maintain your website. We're not (yet) telepathic though, so the first step is to get in touch. You can send us an email on hello@rpress.io or call us on our UK (+44 (0)20 8144 1933) or Swiss (+41 (0)44 58 67 933) number and we'll arrange a time to chat via Zoom, Skype, Teams, Meet or even good old fashioned telephone.
Step 2: Getting to know you
All our websites our unique to our customers. We don't just grab a template off the shelf and try to fit your site into it, instead we design and develop a site that fits your needs. To do this we need to know about your business and what you need out of your website. Do you just need a one page 'digital business card'? You got it! Is it a shop? No problem! Need it to talk to your CRM system? We can do that!

Many of our customers are just starting off in the world of business so need a bit more setting up than just a website. That's why we're set up to help you with all those little extras too. Do you need to set up email addresses for your new business? Haven't got a logo or business cards yet? We can help with that too.
Step 3: Sitemap and graphic design
Now we know more about you and your needs we can get down to creating. We'll put together a draft sitemap for the new website and graphic design ideas. How many ideas? Again, this depends on you – we normally recommend at least two different ideas to choose from but if you need to keep costs down or you want more options then we're happy to help.
At this point we'll also tackle things like registering domain names for you and setting up email so you can get on with business while we work.
Step 4: Building the development website
Once the design is signed off, it's time to develop. We build websites using a variety of technologies including Pico, WordPress and Craft depending on your needs, always starting off with building a development website on a password-protected URL. This is used to develop and test all your websites features and gives you a platform for entering all the text and image content.

Once the development website is complete and you are happy, it's time to...
Step 5: Go live and maintain
We transfer the new website to its live web address and set up things like analytics (we recommend Simple Analytics), spam filters and linking to Google Search Console. It's now live for you and your clients.
At this point we swap to maintain mode. We host the majority of our clients' websites on our own server infrastructure in either the UK or Switzerland and take care of security and feature updates for you. Updates are always tested on the development website first so that we know things will go smoothly when we make the updates on your live website. All you need to think about is the content – we take care of the rest.
How much does it cost?
Because every website is unique so are our prices. Our prices are very competitive, especially when you factor in the enormous time saving you benefit from when working us compared to designing and maintaining your own website. We'll always make sure that you understand the costs before we move ahead with our work, no-one likes surprises.
